This is a good way of measuring body fats %.
All you need is just a skinfold caliper & a trainer.
There are 7 spots which you will need to mark.
Abdominal
Chest
Midaxillary
Subscapular
Suprailiac
Thigh
Tricep
Now, the measuring of these spots.

With these measurements, using correct equation or using the right table, you can pretty get the reading of body fats % accurately.
