errr, still cannot start preparing for exam

gotta run errand for somebody tomorrow. gotta go for 2nd interview. i hope it's just signing of the contract. gotta finish this drama Heroes first.

random random

my update is always so random & there's so many random stuff.

FIC course is almost over. just 1 more lesson the coming saturday. yay
this gonna be tough. coz i missed the first theory lesson due to school's project. & this first lesson is very important!

ok, something here will make make many of you gals go envy... a little bit of what i ate yesterday.
7am: 2 slices of bread with lots of peanut butter.
9am: ommelete burger from BK
1pm: sliced fish with bee hoon
430pm: grilled chicken from BK
8pm: home cooked dinner. rice with meat & vege
b4 bed: 1 glass of HL milk

My weight was 66kg before these few weeks. & this is what i eat usually. i try to go for 6 meals. i weigh myself earlier, 64.4kg. weight keep dropping by that little little bit. That's the advantage of working out properly. =)
oh, while posing a little just now, i find my rear delt and trap are more obvious now. hahahah swee

I'm a plat member of clubfit now. Unlimited access to all clubfit gym in singapore anytime. lol $170 for 6 months. It's so much cheaper than megagym. but well, when i'm rich, i will opt for megagym la. i will find it worth since my clients are working out in clubfit.

Approached 2 guys in the gym just now. They are from NP too. i'm being nice to approach them. telling them their mistakes and i gave them a bit of advices. i guess they are too shy to workout. 1 of them do only biscep curl for a moment & he's doing it wrongly. he's not hittinh his biscep at all. heh. anyway, i left 15 min after they arrived, so i'm not sure what they are doing. i gave them my msn, maybe they will

meeting a new client this friday. more business~~

Took my resting heart rate before i sleep last night. after sitting down in front of the computer for more than 2 hours. It's 59/minute. Oh, how fit am i now. lol. i always measured around 80/min when i'm outside.

I never meet samamtha on saturday. But she was online. so i sort of chat with her. Clarify most of the stuff already. it must be my mistake that day. i dont blame her, only myself. i'm gonna move on. yes, i'm now available for next relationship already. being single for 4 years. qutie a crazy thought.


That's it. I gotta finished FMGT work for tomorrow's lesson. & i need to finish 2 DVDs so that i can return them on time tomorrow!

Wednesday! NICE

hmmm, how do i organise this post today huh?

School. Went for Hanloon's event. It was a short show about how addiction to gambling can harm your life. Shall talk about this first.
There are 3 stages.
1st) Winning phrase: when you have that beginner luck and keep winning
2nd) Losing phrase: when you start to lose..
3rd) Desperation: lose more and more, u will think about how to win back, then it's impossible. you rather gamble away your last dollar than paying your bill. DEAD END.

I was lucky to STOP when i'm in the second phrase when i'm in NS. PHEW. Now i just play mahjong sometimes, like once or twice a month for fun. Although the rate that i play is pretty big la. Biggest win can be $500+ in a session. woot.

Anyway, addiction to anything is bad in life. HAHA

Next, St james. I was such a swakoo ok? NEVER GO IN BEFORE.

$15 for cover. That's pretty cheap. but only 1 drink coupon, so i just drown a tequlia shot.

Explore a little in that r&b area, i dont know call what can? Then we explore dragonfly. It's basically like milo peng kind of music, cum chinese/canto ge tai in a pub/club. Oh yar, we saw a Xie Xian 95% look alike. Saw SLY performing & 2 ladies dancers. LOL It's funny. gotta see it to experience it. my description is very poor.

After this first round, we move on to the dance floor. After some pictures taking and video recording, i went for my second round. I asked for the price of V.Lime, ok, confirm it to be $25, i bought another jug. Drink a bit and bring to dancefloor. Then mel and erimin wanna go for 3rd round. I dont 1 la, i feel it's quite enough. But heck, i need to go to the toilet. Saw them & i had my 3rd round again. lol

Worm & A left early. last night was really great! It has been a long time since i drink enough to get high, with no hangover the next day. GREAT GREAT GREAT

I was so high that i dont know how to take picture with my HP. I switch to camera mode and i let the screen face me. Then i shout to erimin "OEI, why keep taking my finger 1 ahhh??" lol
i took picture without the len facing me. guess how high i was.

I took a long video when cab back. But i pressed return instead of stop. It was gone!! TMD the video is really funny la, i tried the same thing 2nd time, not funny already..

I think i spent around $80 including transport back. Ok, that's reasonable. Will do it again.... not so soon. time to prepare for exam and my career!

it took me almost 4 years...

have you ever encounter this situation? whereby you talk about something for the dont know how many times.
"AHHHH, so that is it!"

i was chatting with shy in the lecture today when i talked about my past again.
then when i mention this sentence again
"fine, then i think we dont meet anymore"

what i interpret is: fine, we shall not meet anymore, never again!

when i mentioned this phrase today, i realised that i can be so so so so so so so sooooooooo WRONG.

what i interpret today: okok, let's not meet for today.

because of this wrong interpretion, i have spend so many year thinking, wondering, being emo sometimes.

i'm not sure if you will ever come to this blog.. let me said whatever i wanna say now.

"I'm not wishing for anything. I just wanna clarify what went wrong the other time. You said before that it happened so long ago, let's just forget it. I CANT. I must. So that... i can untie this knot in my heart. so that i can move on. or if there's a chance, can we carry on from where we left?"

another weekend

Another weekend has passed. Lots of random stuff to update.

Not much about the course since i know most of the teachings.
Oh, i almost forget about this. Had a circuit training conducted by the trainer. It's really tough. I feel strain on my lower body during the WARM UP! we did 1 round of the circuit only when she planned for 2 rounds at least. It's really tough man. It has been a long time since i do circuit. Maybe the intensity i do is very fast, i need to slow down to last a minute for each exercise. Had a good cool down session with smoothing music and cool air con.
The trainer said "you guys should sleep well tonight"

well, i just woke up, i feel a bit of muscular strain, it has been a long time. i may sound crazy, but i love to feel these muscular strain. lol

i do have a great sleep last night. i had 3-4 dreams which i remembered all of them when i wake up. but i guess i have forget what the content now. (2 hours after i woke up)

another ultra random: i remember i dream a lot before this busy period. My will/brain power is pretty strong. For a few times, i know i am in a dream. I am able to control myself in the dream. Turning nightmares into sweet ones. hmmm, any1 else has the experience of controlling your dream? please let me know yeah?

The mobilsation on saturday is a waste of time. I dismissed myself from the course at 12pm when i received the call. I reached the camp at around 230pm. I cannot go into other detail down here. Wasted 2 hours waiting for one to reach. When there's full attendance, we go home. This is the guy who we are waiting for. TEO ah TEO.

But he got what he deserved. SAI KANG. I thought i overhead that he can go home only at 8pm. LOL




Next i wanna talk about inconsiderate & selfish people in Singapore. Or people who are really not helpful.

I took public transport for my course. I reached northpoint around 740am and i see this guy in wheelchair asking for help. I see 2 people ignoring the guy in wheelchair and just walked away. All right, cant they just slow down and see what assistance he needs? I approached the guy, he needs someone to help him to a place. I would definitely help him even if the place that he needs to go is out of my way. You don't have to be strong to help him either. There's lift. Wheelchair isnt hard to be moved around. It's only 2-3 minutes work for god sake.

Next, people who like to lean on the pole. Well, they thought they are the one who need support from the pole. This is one of the guy who i took a picture of.



There's another woman doing that. I tapped on her arm and said "excuse me". She was off from the pole from 5 seconds, i place my hand (chest level) on the pole. Then she leaned on the pole again, with my hand sandwiched between the pole and her back. Gosh, that's so rude.

I wont talk about giving up seat on the train. I have seat for myself sometimes, it's really hard to give up seat to the not so needy. eg: aunties/uncles.
But i do give up seats to the very needies, with a 3 seconds lag that is. (I'm not perfect)

Had a chat on my way back from course with another guy from the course. get some insights to his life. About some of the restrictions of foreigners in Singapore. The plenty opportunities aboard. The kind of investments he made and his plan for his life. He shares his personal training stuff. The differences on how we train our clients and the rate that he set for his session & how he gets his clients. I believe he will be rich in the near future. Seriously.

nothing much to update. exam is here in 3 weeks. i'm not afraid of exam at all. This is because my focus in on PT & career. & i have no worry that i will fail at all. well, by right i wouldnt fail any module.

oh shit, i forget that i want a tan. the sun is great this morning but i am here busy blogging.

TMD. nevermind, hope there's good sun tomorrow morning.

Let me whine down here please.
1st: I wanna whine about the 2 moblisation dates.
16 to 23 Jan & 13 to 20 Feb.

Let's talk about the first day, if i were to kenna tomorrow, next mon or tues, fine.
If i were to kenna this weekend, WAH LAU EH, i gotta miss my course. which is a crucial factor where i may fail my exam then i gotta waste $ to retake plus waste time to wait for retest!

For the 2nd period, it's my exam week cum Chinese new year.
WELL DONE SINGAPORE.

Next, i cannot drive there. So after i packed my duffel bag into my van, it's useless. i gotta change at home and take a bloody bus down.

trying to get tired b4 i go to sleep
i can afford to sleep late, since my class starts at 1pm tomorrow.

looking back these 16 days of year 2007, it has start off very well.

if everything goes according to my wish, i will have a stable income from March, or immediately after my exam. this income will keep increasing till i grad. and it will keep increasing and increasing. NO! i'm not in MLM. That's a shitty way to get rich.

a cert will give u the start. from there on, it will depend a lot on attitude. your passion to drive you on. & luck.

FITT is general guideline on how often you need to exercise, how heavy should the training be, how long should be the training be & the type of training.

For cardio training.
Frequency: 3 to 5 times a week
Intensity: 60% - 85% of targetted heart rate
Time: at least 30 minutes, work up to 60 minutes gradually
Type: large muscle groups in a continuous & rhythmic manner.

For weights training.
Frequency: 2 to 3 times a week
Intensity: 8-12 reps for general training; 6-8 reps for muscular training; 12-15 reps for muscular endurance training (the weight depend on the number of reps)
Type: Weights in a controlled manner

For flexibility training.
Frequency: 5 to 7 times a week
Intensity: stretch to the limit, but without pain
Time: Hold the stretch for 30 sec
Type: Static stretch

There are 7 spots which you will need to mark.

friday the 13th in disguise

arghh. maybe today is friday the 13th in disguise.

i slept at 430am coz of blaw project. which imo, is a bad job.
the most last minute project done in my life.

woke up at 730. oh well, left home at 815.
the road condition is bad, it's raining and there's a lot of traffic.
i was struck in jam from mandai onwards. wah lau eh, first time kenna jam from mandai.

nevermind, drive into school around 910, so i can still arrive in time for tutorial. i went up to level 3 carpark, half the carpark is closed! and when i reached, i saw the car in front of me taking the last slot.

i tried to go to level 1 immediately coz i see 1 empty slot when i come in, then it was taken.

i made 2 rounds around BA before i found a lot.

it was raining, so i carry my umbrella, the moment i leave my car, the rain stopped after my umbrella got wet.

reached the classroom at 920am, by right should be marked absent liao, coz the tutor is very strict on this.

well well well..

after my lesson ends at 1pm, i went to my van, i forget to swtich off the headlight. =(

thank god i can start the engine. lol

went to xy's house to nap. then study for ECD.

i must say i was prepared well enough.

reach blk 72 exam hall at 520 (test starting at 530pm)
i walk 1 round inside the exam hall, then i realised i enter the wrong exam venue.

piangz, then rush to canteen 1 to borrow a laptop.
my test venue is at lt 45. which is at the other end of the school.

i tried last sem's test paper, it was chicken feet.
this sem? i just hope to pass. i really just want to pass this fucking paper. lol

anyway, i left early, i wanna drive home at 635pm, i was struck in a jam in the school. -_-"
struck in a jam at upper BT road.
pretty slow traffic from BKE to my home.

i reached home at 720pm lor.
45 min to drive home.

today is a waste of time. in travelling.
wasted effort to make a quick study on ECD, those i studied never come out. ARGHHHH

i'm so tired now, gonna fall asleep at 10pm sharp!

gotta wake up 6plus tomorrow morning for FIC course.
