i may have lost this battle, but i will win the war!

those who know me, will know that i am very against taking medication. if you eat and rest well, you will not fall sick. i started to have sore throat and block nose last sat, i can recover from it IF i drink lots of water and sleep more.

But too bad, last sat is my gf's birthday, we spent the weekend together. NICE.
I was working yesterday, first session at 8am and last at 740pm. I had my own workout last night too. Deadlift, bench & snatch with 1 set of bicep curl and tricep extension.

I do not need to see a doc till... i lost my voice during my last PT last night. Oh well, i had to cancel this morning and noon job - to pay a visit to the doc and sleep.

My next PT is 3pm later, i should be ok by then.

I had weigh the pros and cons, i can live with irritating throat etc etc. But i cannot work without my voice. So yup, i took the short cut - medication.

The visit is ex also! $55. !!!

ps: i may be sick, but i look perfect normal (except that my face will look more tired), that's all. Just want to take this chance to sleep in later.

i got my hair cut!

Been such a long time since i cut my hair. Well, blame it on the China trip. I find 0 need for a hair cut and let my hair... drop and rot. -_-"

Decide to cut short (not my decision) and it turn out pretty good?

Bad news: Andy asked if i wanna put on wig in near future? DAMM IT, he said i'm having MPB!

all of you guys have been disturbing louis and i recently. now, what's the problems with you guys? Coz we went thru OPTS training and you guys are jealous about our knowledge or what?

Did i act pro or what in the forum? I am there to help and to get some clients when they come to me.

Jenilson: the thread that you set up, remember how fatpiglet said that i think before posting about bashing anything for the past few months?

last 3 tags from "amuse": if you are that deprived of sex, just think of masturbation to get some feeling. nothing is better than sex. masturbation is better than nothing. therefore, you can be well off wanking in a corner of your house.

bigjer: thanks ah, if wanna meet up, i dont know what these people wanna discuss with me than saying i'm skinny and insulting my close ones.

linger/biao: keep on losing fat, typing in my tag to rebut is not going to help you lose the fat on your hand though. i have great faiths in you 2.

amuse: love love. now it's open who is she already. that's why i am so unhappy when people insult about sexual stuff about her. we have a great bedroom times ok?

well wisher: thanks for your well wishing.

if you notice, i have great supports from friends, clients and randoms. this will tell you a lot already yeah? if you want to say that i'm skinny, so be it. I AM SKINNY. but so what? Some of my clients come to me because i am skinny!

i won't be talking about other trainers who are fully of injuries themselves and they want to train others. i have see people with such screwed up posture and the trainers are going to make it worse without knowing it. but so what? i can only say the clients may not do enough homework before commiting.

if you need help in your body, I would prefer you guys to read my articles and apply to help yourself.
if you are my competitors in the industry, do something. upgrade knowledge or something to help others, or do something to get your clients.
note that i am not acting pro or whatever even in fp. this tells you a lot how i "bo chup" other methods of slimming already.

Go on supporting on what you believe in, there's no need to put other stuff down.

Once again, there's CPT (OPTS) and level 1 coming in july. You can take this opportunity to learn the best knowledge ever. Just attending the course put you ahead in the industry.

heya

thank you for reporting me, keep me in check what i cannot post in the forum. Sometimes, i just go out of the way when i get too sexcited when i wanna share the progress of my clients and my articles.

no matter what, i still lub chiu. but i do hope that you post with a nick of your choice. passerby(insert a number here) is good. dont confuse me by posting with a nick of my friend, someone asked me who is amused and i said she's my supporter.. and i just checked my blog, nah, this amuse is a fake.

i'm trying to visualize how you look.







let me give you a little education about working out.

you were saying ALL who workout will get to 60-70kg easily? yeah sure. look at the no of people (even with trainers) who cannot gain any mass at or, worse, gain fat.

at a certain gym, a trainer was trying to get his client to do a full squat, but the client cant. guess what is the advice? "you are too tight xxx & yyy. the places which i said, remember to stretch during your free time and then you will be able to squat"

heck, the problem with that client is not flexibility. i cannot approach him well coz, he has a trainer and i dont poach clients.

anyway, if you think you are that good, then you have to see what are you training for. if for pure muscle, mass gain is not hard right? if you are training pure strength, then you can still look the same right? if you are training mix, it will be something of my body right?

i like to live in my dreamland (where my clients and friends tell me that i am BIG enough) and well, i am satisfy with my body. ahha oops

but seriously, ask all my friends what is my fitness goal: none, i am not skinny like 55kg, i am strong enough, in fact, stronger than a lot of people at my size. i don't know what to aim for. if you tell me to reach 75kg, for what? just to show you? what's after i reach 75kg? there will just be more talk of something else. (as seem by how you post)

remember about how i said i have no money to eat, then you say i earn a lot, then you say even if i dont earn a lot, why the heck am i driving?

tell you something, either attend opts cpt, level 1-4, read up from t-nation. show off your knowledge. get your first batch of client and get PROGRESS with them. your life will be much better off. i'm earning average $40/hour now and the norm rate is like $60 or even high with my qualification. I am still charging low for a reason.

See, if you get progress with first batch of client (and they keep referring 2nd batch and so on to you), you will have an easy time to get clients and give them results.

i seriously hope that you will listen to my advice and contribute something to the fitness industry.

i wonder why some people like "simi begger policy" which all parties suffer. but i'm telling you here, i am not suffering. instead, i get more emails/clients after so many of your tag. i need to thank you, i'm serious.

the dumb war between peter and his minions and others

it's funny to see why people have the common goal - fitness progression, can have this stupid war.

but let me just state a fact here.

i only get good testimonials that peter's teaching HELP people. whereas i don't get testimonial from other that this xxx or that yyy supplement is great. (i guess their own training is bad in the beginning already then).

it's funny when i stand up for peter in his teaching, i become a blind follower.
and when i recommend nxxt's product in the forum, these people never say anything bad about me.

i believe a lot in peter's teaching, they help me to stay injury free (you can say i suck) and all my clients (you can say it's normal to stay injury free) and all of us get progress (you can say it's normal to have progress) but i beg to differ. All will get progress from training? Just look at the number of cases of people with injury/pain/ache. heh

but then again, when did anyone of us follow 100% of what peter does? we dont. there are times when we will just shut up when he said something. there are times we will ask him. there are also times when we disagree with him. you don't see this in the forum, but i did it during the course.

I got another testimonial in my email now and i will be putting it up in my website soon too.

And with this blog entry, i'm ready to get bombed by some people, MATURE ones.

Another client has "graduated"

Another client of mine has graduated. I'm going close to 3 months since i work as a PT for full time. 1st client is going to treat me a meal, this client gives me a card of appreciation. heh, i like it a lot. This is what which keep me going.






About her...

from a girl who jog 5 times weekly, taking dieting pill when i'm still in china. I still remembered that she was complaining of knee pain but she cannot stop jogging because she needs to maintain her weight.

Now? deadlifting, squatting (ATG) and other exercises to maintain her weight, and she's still losing fat even though she cannot stop eating her favourite food - bread. Fat loss at tummy and lower body is just 1 of the "side effect" of training, no more pain, feel better etc etc etc...

Now, i'm waiting for her wedding photo (which i hope she will be very happy with it), then i can get another testimonial onto my website. :D
