First Time in Planet Fitness

Went to planet fitness at far east square today after lecture. Upon reaching there, we present our "temp" membership cards. They issued us with 2 towels each. 1 large 1 small.
There's free lockers etc etc etc.

After changing we went to the free weight areas. Alamak, i'm so swakoo can? So many DBs, heaviest is 100 lbs each.

I tried benching, heaviest i went today is 60lbs./6reps.
Lats pulldown, seated row, legs press, standing calves raise.

That's all, i went pretty heavy for all.

1 of the floor trainer approaches us and we went to took our body composition test.

I'm pretty fat leh.. kaoz.
