Basic exercise course
Had this aerobic session this morning with barely 2 hours of sleep the previous night. ARGH. i wonder how people keep up with the tempo and actions of aerobic. It's so darn difficult can?

gonna update more on BEC other time. I realised that lots of people are doing the wrong stuff in the gym. Even though those huge guys have their own mistakes.
No wonder the fitness industry is thriving.
I think, with the correct training method, i can target my muscle more properly from now on?
Target: Training 7 days a week. 2-3 sessions at the gym, the rest i give myself 30 minutes at home to train some other body parts. Maybe i can hit 70kg with lower body fats %. woot!
