Flowerpod - A forum who is unwilling to share real knowledge?

I was banned from flowerpod many times. For the first few bans, i was complained about advertising for my supplement products. Fine, i accepted my ban. I register another account and i NEVER pm anyone about sales of my supplement or service of my personal training. I did all these because i still have the passion burning inside me to educate the girls how to lose fat properly. I don't wish them scamming fitness industry cheating all their money. It was fine till recently.

I introduced the forum to a group of fitness enthusiasts who advocate the right method to achieve our desirable bodies.

It started when Peter Rouse posted a link which is not related to him. (www.bodytemple.com.sg) He posted the link because the group in the website is doing the right method. This podder "Soniality" complained to the admin that Peter was advertising!

He got banned. I speak up for him. By posting a link = advertising? I tested the water. I posted www.t-nation.com in one of the thread and said that is a good website to refer to.

BAMP! I was banned. Followed by all others.

Naturally, all of us are pissed off!

i see my FP nick over there. i'm kintra, and while i used to be just one of the mods in FP- a mod for travel talk, my name has now been blown all over cyber-space for my tiny admission that i do not know anything about the podder's card and the collection of funds from the podder's card.

Flowerpod (FP) was founded by a lady who prefers to remain in the dark. she handed over the running of the forum to the moderators- podders should know who the "main" moderators were, before the alleged "cheat" came into the picture. well, this alleged "cheat" appeared to be very good with IT stuff, so he volunteered his services to FP and was soon made a technical admin. and here i must stress on "technical" admin because the founder (Let's call her Miss FP, shall we?) never gave him complete control of the forum at any point in time. from a tiny moderator's point of view, he very quickly took over the reins and assumed leadership of the forum, paid for the web-hosting every month (to his credit, though after that he saw it as his right to advertise for his own forums - which i shall not name, and of which I do not see as his right).

personally, i do not like him. and that is simply me being biased. my personal biased-ness. yes, i am biased, but from his posts, i gathered that such a man, married with kids and owning a shop in the eastern province of singapore, should really grow up more in terms of mindset and behaviour. sometimes you can really tell what a person is like from the way he/she posts in whatever forum. anyway what is in this paragraph is merely my own opinion. i kept quiet since i saw that most of the mods were ok with him and some even saw him as the "leader" of the forum since whenever i gave queries, they'd answer "ask __ first and see what he has to say".

so what happened on that day is really quite clear if you look at the screenshots and the links you've provided at the end of your post. there was geline who claimed she had a friend with more than 80% warn and he immediately thought of it as one of the more popular podders, VV. (and by the way i also have a bone to pick with the way he carried out this "Ban, ban, ban!" thing. extremely authoritarian, if you ask me. it's not the way to run a forum, and that explains FP's state TODAY). so he banned VV immediately without clarifying it with her. VV told me about it and so I posted in the meeting room forum (only available to mods and admin), asking for clarification why she was banned. He replied that it was because she already had 90% warn and another 10% was given for her starting another thread when there was already another existing thread on the same topic. So I left it as that until another mod stepped in and questioned it again because apparently the thread was started a few days ago and it seemed as if he was simply using that as an excuse to cover-up his ban of VV, which I think is the real case.

So the sh*t hit the fan from there. Podders were questioning him and his authoritarian rule over FP and banning whoever he liked- he brought it upon himself if you ask me, and also another pile of sh*t hit the fan when podders began to question what happened to the $12 collected from the sale of Podder’s cards. That was when I came out to confess that I didn’t know anything about the card issue. These cards were also designed and produced by him, with most of the mods in the dark, though perhaps through no fault of his since as a mod, I know how we are all busy with our own lives and no one really questioned him very much, so I don’t absolve myself of all blame, really. However regarding the podder’s cards issue, I'm not harping over it, because I knew it was doomed to fail from the day it was launched and the girls just didn't do enough homework and exercise sufficient discretion when ordering and paying for the cards- there were no promotions at all and they signed up of their own free will. what i find appalling is that he completely took over the brainchild of the founder of FP without her permission when she only made him a technical staff in FP. So after that, a few mods left, I think more mods were sacked, including myself, as compared to mods leaving out of their own free will.

So that’s really all there is to it. I don’t think they can say that he’s cheated them of their $12 per podder yet (Btw not every podder signed up for the cards) but I think he has a problem with integrity, reflected in the way he took over a forum, of which he could only claim to be a technical admin.

this novenics fellow owns a shop in downtown east dont he??? an a$$hole who took $30 from me when he din even repair my com properly. claim that nothing much can be done, and his effort must be paid. wtf man?

I have no idea what's his agenda for banning all of us. Is it because of monetary gain from his sponsor? (Because if ladies were to switch to working out and decent diet, their market share will be reduced)

ps: Will flowerpod come and sue me for ruining their reputation? I hope not. But seriously, i hope this matter got blown big and get into the media or something.



EDITED. I have more or less confirmed that Flowerpod is earning commission or something.
